THE BLOOD OF DAWNWALKERLoot Arbiter’s Ring from the Kobold nest on the southern edge of Tantari Woods in Xanthe’s Fiefdom. This Unique ring adds maximum stamina, lowers vampiric ability Health costs and provides two vampiric recovery bonuses.
