Where to Find or Buy a Bundle of Silk Threads in Dawnwalker
Pick up Silk Threads beside a torch in the Come Hither cave after dealing with Murohn. You can return later, or buy a bundle after Pearly and Precious. Either route supplies the Arbiter boots.
Reach the Come Hither cave
Complete Good Home first to unlock the other Sanzhani requests. For Come Hither, head north from Vedera Marsh Guardpost Shrine in the area south of Greifberg Castle, within Xanthe’s Fiefdom. Follow the curious sound to the Sanzhana on the path.
- Speak to the Sanzhana and agree to help with the monster in the burrow.
- Follow her to the nearby entrance, then drop down into the cave.
- Defeat the Murohn inside and stay in the cave to look for the threads.
Pick up the bundle beside the torch
Look beside the torch for the Silk Threads spool and collect the named item. Killing the Murohn and taking the threads are separate actions: check that the bundle is in your inventory before leaving the cave.
Return outside and speak to the Sanzhana to complete Come Hither. If you already finished the quest, you can go back into the cave and collect the spool you missed. The map marker identifies the encounter start; the pickup is inside the cave.
Silk Threads

Pearly and Precious becomes available after Good Home. Complete it to open the Sanzhani merchant in Yawning Burrow, then look for Silk Threads in the shop. Buying and collecting the cave spool are alternative ways to obtain the same armour component; you do not need both.
Check the displayed asking price before purchasing. Returning to the Come Hither cave for an uncollected spool avoids spending Denarii on the bundle.
Complete Pearly and Precious to unlock trading
The request begins south of Stoneward Post in Briar Sloughs. Cross the bridge, find the abandoned camp and inspect the blood trail.
- Follow the trail into the woods and speak with the Sanzhana near the bodies.
- Follow the footprints and blood southwest to the bandit camp. Defeat the bandits there.
- Return to the Sanzhana and finish the conversation to unlock trading.
- Visit the Sanzhani merchant in Yawning Burrow and buy the Silk Threads bundle.
- Shiny Teeth can be sold through the trading interaction unlocked by Pearly and Precious. They are not the Silk Threads component needed by the blacksmith.
Keep the threads for the Arbiter armour
Bring the Silk Threads to Nareh, the Uriashi blacksmith, during A Bulwark Against Darkness. The bundle is used to make the Boots of the Arbiter; you can craft that piece separately while gathering the other materials.
The remaining pieces need Large Lizard’s Moult, a Flask of Quicksilver and one saint’s relic. Before offering a wearable relic, compare its bonuses with the amulet you would use afterward.
